Jason Thomason won the Brendon Metcalfe Plumbing & Gas sponsored Harry Lampitt Cup at the Stratford Cycling Race on Sunday.  A field of 30 riders raced the 50km course which went out and over the Strathmore Saddle and return.  The scratch bunch of 11 riders worked well to catch the front bunch on Sangsters Hill, with Jason attacking to solo to the finish in 1-22-30.  He was chased home by the ever improving Anthony Visser in 1-22-40 and national triathlete Edward Rawles.
